DISTRICT LEADERS BENEFIT FROM RELAY TRAINING

Amanda McDonald, a trainer from RelayRelay Professional Education partners with schools to help bring their vision for a vibrant learning community to life. The goal is to see measurable improvements in participants’ effectiveness, satisfaction, and tenure in their schools, and a positive impact on all students’ academic growth and school experience.
Amanda McDonald, a trainer from Relay and principal of Lake Middle School in Denver, is providing two days of Observation and Feedback training to instructional coaches, deans, assistant principals, principals, specialists, and directors.
"As a District, we believe it's important to provide the most impactful learning experiences to shape and guide our leaders towards the most effective strategies and practices in getting teachers' practice better, faster," said Kelly Warren, Director of Professional Development.
"Exceptional school leaders succeed because of how they use their time, what they do, and how and when they do it. After data-informed instruction and leading school culture, observation and feedback is one of the highest-leverage uses of school leaders' time."
