The Pueblo School District 60 Social Studies Department believes in supporting students and teachers in developing the capacity to ensure that the four disciplines within Social Studies: history, geography, economics, and civics promote the understanding of the complexity of the world and provide the context and understanding of the human experience, systems of societies within the world, and the impact of these societies upon the geographic and economic aspects of the world.
