Introducing the Colts' Closet
Attention Parents and Guardians: The Colts Closet is now open. Please open the full announcement to access the Colts Closet Request Form. This form is also located in all grade level Google Classrooms as well as many other individual classrooms that your student has access to. Students can click on the link and request needed school supplies, food items, and hygiene products. The request will go directly to the community advocate who will fill the order and then students can pick up the items in the main office. Please call 719.549.7255 for more information.

Attention Parents: After School Tutoring AND Friday School Now Available For ALL South HS Students!!!
There are three great ways for Colt Nation to get help with homework! South High School is now offering after-school tutoring on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 in room 11. Students can also meet with their individual teachers every day from 3:20-3:50 p.m. in their classrooms. ***Friday School/Study-hall, is open to ALL South students in the Media Center; No appointment needed. Important information About ICAP
What is ICAP? The ICAP is the vehicle used to determine which Career Pathways students will travel to earn a PuebloSchool District 60 high school diploma. Three Career Pathways - Career Plus, Career Options, Career Now - are designed to guide students through the coursework necessary in reaching postsecondary goals. Teachers, counselors, parents/guardians collaborate on students’ ICAPs in order to help students determine the best and most appropriate coursework to complete in order to earn a high school diploma and be college or career ready. D60 ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT, WILDCATS RECEIVE TOP HONORS AT GALA
District 60 was well represented in the 2024 Boys and Girls Clubs of Pueblo County’s annual Champions of Youth Dinner at Pueblo Convention Center. Ted Johnson, a lifelong educator who currently serves as D60’s Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, was named 2024 Grand Champion of Youth.
