Pueblo School District 60 offers a variety of insurance options, including health, dental, and vision. Insurance benefits are offered to all full-time employees. Beginning January 1, 2025, we will continue coverage with Kaiser Permanente, DeltaDental, and EyeMed. In addition, we will continue to offer life insurance and other supplemental products through VOYA. Please review our various sources of information, including the "Benefits Guide" brochure, informational videos, and various digital pamphlets to see an overview of our insurance options. Open enrollment for the 2025 year will be open between October 28, 2024 and November 15, 2024.
This will be an active enrollment for all benefit-eligible employees. Please make sure to call SMBO during the open enrollment window to enroll, change, or decline your 2025 benefits. It is crucial that all employees participate in the open enrollment process to ensure you receive the benefit plan that best fits your needs.
To enroll, please call the SMBO Benefits Call Center at 877-282-0808 where a Benefits Counselor will assist you with any questions and guide you through the enrollment process. Call center hours are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., MT.
