CATERING


  • The Food Service Department can meet all your catering needs! From a continental breakfast for an office meeting to an elegant dinner, we welcome the opportunity to serve you and customize your special events.     To provide Pueblo D60 with the best-catered services, we request at least 10 days advance notice. Please contact us for pricing information and ideas.

    SFE understands that schedule changes occur and the need to cancel may be necessary. We ask that you communicate your cancelation as soon as possible to minimize cancelation fees. The Food Service Department must recover all catering equipment from the event location.

    Once you have submitted your catering request, you will receive a confirmation email. Please enter a purchase requisition using SFE as the vendor and make a note that it is a "Catered Event" in the Special Instructions - Internal section of the PO. If another organization or person pays for the request, please have this person/organization pay SFE directly; do not pay through a PO. Speak with accounting before accepting any payments from private or non-profit organizations wanting to pay for catered events.
