EAST GRIDIRON ATHLETES HELP VETERANS PREPARE FOR HALLOWEEN
While sharing fellowship with the veterans, and learning of their life stories, the Eagles helped decorate pumpkins in anticipation of Halloween. Gold paint was in plentiful supply, with the orange gourds adorned with "CBG" and other East-centric themes.

ATTENTION SENIORS!
To inspire more Coloradans to continue their education, all 32 public colleges and universities in the state, and several private institutions, will allow students to apply for free from October 15-17 as part of Colorado Free Application Day$.

DISTRICT JOINS WITH COMMUNITY IN PROMOTION OF PEACE
One of the District's most anticipated happenings of the school year is the Community Peace Summit, a gathering designed to promote kindness, positivity and encouragement, with our scholars leading the way. The Summit reflects the District’s mission to create peace and harmony in its schools and engage families and the community in the promotion of kindness and empathy.
