    CYBERSECURITY AWARENESS MONTH CONTEST

    As October is designated as Cybersecurity Awareness Month, the District hosted its first Cybersecurity Awareness Month Poster and Video Contest. Open to scholars at all grade levels, the competition was designed to promote the safe and secure use of the internet while encouraging students to make better decisions when posting pictures, videos, and personal information online.

    With back-to-back contests that rounded out the 2022 season, the D60 Sports Production Team wrapped up the fall sports season with much to be proud about: most notably the involvement of students, whose expertise and dedication allowed the productions to unfold.

    In its seventh incarnation, Pride and Patriotism once again saw District scholars, from elementary through high school, express their gratitude to those who served – and in many instances continue to serve – in the written word, artistic expression and song.

    PRIDE AND PATRIOTISM TO FEATURE MEDAL OF HONOR RECIPIENT DREW DIX

    Pueblo’s last living Medal of Honor recipient, and the face of Pueblo as the “Home of Heroes,” Mr. Dix will be the guest speaker at the District’s Pride and Patriotism tribute to veterans, which begins at 6 p.m. November 10 at Memorial Hall.
